Blue chip company, Blue Prism wanted a user-friendly way to explain the journey of contact centre automation. They initially just wanted some data with icons on a one page sheet, but we convinced them to tell a story through illustration. The infographic is presented on their website as a long scrolling story, moving from the dark colour representing the difficulties in the current call centre environment, and progresses into light colours showing smiling customers and contact agents.
Outcomes: This is a new piece of work so we don’t have any metrics as yet but the client was extremely happy with the value we added and the graphic is being re-purposed for their client presentations and social media.
